(PM) Microcomm 56k String?

I have a user that has a Microcomm K56flex modem but can only connect at a
speed of 26400. I have not been able to find on the net a string to use in
extra settings for this modem. Has anyone else had any experience with this
modem? Any help would be appreciated.
