No, It said that the OLD C command line utilities are being replaced with
NEW Java command line utilities. Advantages: If you have a Java RE you can
run them pretty much from the get go and not wait for a port to your
platform. Disavantage: If you do not have a JRE you may have to get a box
or upgrade the OS to one that supports a JRE.
