RE: (PM) Stuck Modems on PM2E

I have the same problem with Supra 33.6 modems. My solution was to power
the modems from a small APC smart-ups. Then I can use PowerChute Plus
remote to cycle the power on that group. It beats having to go on site and
I usually only drop two or three users (on other modems).
