Upon connection, the mac is unpingable - no packets are returned
whatsoever.
If the Mac user makes a request for email or a web page, the pinging
begins to work, but after a short while - maybe 20 packets or so - it
stalls out and will not come back to life.
During the short time it is working, I see pings at 21,000 - 20,000 -
19,000 - etc - basically, each successive packet is 1000 MS faster than
the previous, until it hits a total stall-out.
I had the customer dial in to our PM2E30 - same thing
I had the customer dial in to another network using a PM3 - same thing.
I have one other customer that had complained of this in the past, and I
was unable to solve the problem then.
Anyone have an idea what is happenning? How to fix it?
