(PM) Modem user won't time out...

One of my modem clients has repeatedly connected and forgot about the
connection. Her modem stays online forever, even though I have everybody
set for a 15 minute timeout. Her computer is a Windows computer. It's
probably on a little LAN.

Will the Idle-Timeout always fail to work properly for modem users who have
a network? How can I prevent this... Is there somewhere to filter these
packets?
