1. We are running b15
2. The modem negotiation and logon to network part takes longer than before.
We also have some user can't connect consistantly. Sometime it connects
fine. Sometimes the modem negotiates with the usual noise and then flaten
out and give an error "the computer you dial is not answering, try later".
These users used to work fine with old PM2 pool of modems (USR, Supra). I
tried with a cardinal external modem with a win95 station, it does not
connect consistantly either. Same error.

For the modem card that comes with PM3, is there any configuration string I
need to do to make it work?
