I have a RMA request on my desk for one of these. It belongs to a
customer, who couldn't get it to work. It was submitted to USR on Tuesday,
at noon, on the web:

Still nothing back from them.
I slapped a Supra 56kflex in his computer, he just called and was so happy
that his InterKnot connection was working so FAST now. He even was able to
configure IE to get his AOL email.
Winmodems are junk.
