You can do this a number of ways.

1) Use multiple default entries. One with Framed-Protocol as a check that
default to PPP. and one with out that defaults to telnet/Rlogin/whatever.

2) Use Radius Menus

3) Use Prefixixes/Suffixes (ie: user%p = PPP user%L = Login)

4) Multiple user names (Yuck)
