That would be (are we talking PRI?) NFAS which is where you can use
multiple PRI's and have only 1 D channel on the 1st PRI, which is NOT
currently supported by Livingston, and IMHO, not a good idea anyway.
. So
if its PRI, then you need 1
channel for signalling, If its just a Channelized T1, then you dont need a
signalling channel.
