Session-Timeout = <timeout_seconds>
If you can't make your modem hang up with 'reset <port #>' then you should
check your cabling and modem init to insure that the modem responds to a
low DTR appropreatly. (CLAG 3-19: reset).
It may also be important that DTR_idle (CLAG 6-26) is on.
