(PM) Timeouts

I am running a PM2ER-30 with ComOS 3.7.2 and Radius 2.0.1. All thirty serial
ports have timeout set to 0 and in the radius file, all users are set to 15
minutes. My problem is that the timeout value is not being recognized and/or
used. Any suggestions?
