(PM) cant find the throttle ?

I have finally been able to dial in to the new PM 3. Now the problemo is
that I can only connect at 4800 or 12000 baud ;( I know it must be
something I am not setting up correctly Just not to sure what it could
be at this point. Any tips would be appreciated at this point. TIA
