I dont think so. ADSL requires pretty much that you are a phone co, or you
colocate in a CO

ADSL is asyncronous so it CAN be as fast as 10 megabit or MORE download,
but slower upload. You should read some of the faq's on it.

You REALLy need to read some of the ?DSL faq's before you can ask those
questions, or get them answered...
