One cannot. Crypt is a ONE WAY function - once an password is encrypted it
is NOT recoverable. Well, except for a brute force crack attempt. But
unless you have a few millenia, or let users pick dumb passwords, that's not
an option.
You sure the NT 2.0.1b12 doesn't handle it? (I avoid NT so I don't keep
track of such things.)
