(PM) Cosmetic issue in 3.8b15?

Using SNMP var 1.3.6.1.4.1.307.3.2.1.1.1.12, we continue to see two
additional zeroes tacked on to the end of the connect speed. It appears
to only happen on v.90 connections. For example:

[jeff@apex /]$ pmw pm3-10
USER IN OUT
username 31200 28800
username2 28800 4533200

Can anybody else confirm this as a bug?
