I'm running into a fairly new problem I have searched the archives,
and found a similar problem, but not quite close enough to give me
a solution.
I have a PM3 with a GTE CT1 connected to line0. I have set up
line0 with the following:

Status: UP Framing: ESF Encoding: B8ZS PCM: u-law
Signaling: Trunk E&M wink start
Receive Level: +2dB to -7.5dB
Alarms Violations
----------------------------- -----------------------------
Blue 0 Bipolar 0
Yellow 0 CRC Errors 0
Receive Carrier Loss 0 Multiframe Sync 0
Loss of Sync 0
Status light on the line0 indicator shows clean, however dialing
into the circut, i receive a busy. Loopbacks are off on line0,
and GTE has assured me that their switch is set to wink start.
I have the switch type set to dms-100. All modems are on and
idling. Any ideas?
