(PM) I'm being stonewalled, and it's angering me

I have contacted livingston no less than twice regarding the
inability of a 114 to handle two full-tilt t's. Each time
I've been put off with comments such as "the livingston's
working fine, it's just dropping corrupt packets"

However it appears that it's the livingston that is corrupting
the packets because swapping it out with 2 111's fixes everything,
and swapping it again with a 2nd 114 creates the problem again.

Now if it CAN'T handle 2 t's, there's a little misrepresentation
going on here, and if it CAN handle 2 t's, I'd like someone form
~e
from livingston to show me how.

I hate taking this sort of thing public, don't know what to do when
I get stonewalled by the support folks.
