Installed new PM3 - Tried comOS 3.7.2, 3.7.2c13, 3.8b15 with no diff.

I can call into another local ISP (only a block away) with the same 56K
flex modem and connect at 48000, no prob.

Call my PM3 and no connection; LCP finishes immediately after it starts.

As far as I know, the other ISP runs at least one of the same comOS, and
I insisted over and over that the telco configure my Trunk side T1
exactly the same as his. But the problem must be either the telco
connection, or something different on our PM3's, since the modem is the
constant.

If I put two comma's after my dialin number, it connects, but only at
28.8. Likewise, if I force it to 33.6 with modem string
AT+MS=11,1,9600,36000, it connects, but at 28.8.

So why won't it connect at all with normal settings? BTW, I have many
users with K56 flex that can't connect at all, so please don't tell me
they all have to have special configs for their modems. I am 99% sure
something is wrong with the PM3 or lines.
