Anyone who runs without a UPS *AND* daily off-site backups needs a
check-up from the neck up. Not only will UPS get you through most outages,
it provides your equipment with *CLEAN* power.
I have found that there is one way to virtually guarantee that you will
never lose power: Buy a generator! ;-)
