(PM) USR Sportster VoiceSurfer

I have a customer that cannot connect to any of our PM3s at any usable
connection speed. I've tried adjusting his port speed, checking his
compression methods in dial-up networking, etc. but nothing seems to
work. We've had problems with other Sportsters before, however, this
is the first one I've been unable to get to work. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
