Suggestions:

set console
set debug isdn-d

Trap the output from the time of things getting dumped.

What exactly are they monitoring for? Line errors on the T1 or
problems in the PRI? Do they have an ISDN protocol analyzer running
at the time?

If I were the suspicious type, I'd say their switch is taking out
the PRI for routine testing.
