Reinstall system software, particularly OT(try just reinstalling OT
first!)... Also what System software version is he using? OT 1.3.1 is a
much better version. Also what PPP dialup software is he using? OT/ppp,
MacPPP, FreePPP? Using FreePPP is the best solution, and typically
flawless.
