RE: (PM) PM3 suddenly reboots

Go to at least ComOS 3.7.2c3. 3.7.2 had some spontaneous reboot
and some modem lockup issues that were fixed in 3.7.2c3 Even
though it appears Frank van Berkel has a problem with c3 it may
fix your issue.

Also -- Call Lucent tech support. They are pretty aggressive
about tracking down issues like this.
