Performance Problem Noted:
System: Win 95
Modem: Zoom 33.6
Problem: Poor Performance/Low Throughput
It seems that this machine was having problems getting web pages from other
machines, downloads were slow and choppy.
Resolution: Disable PPP DNS negotiation
By disabling server assigned DNS and entering DNS information by hand, it
appears that the problem was resolved immediately.
