(PM) v.90 + USR + 3.8b15 == broken?

I've upgraded to v.90 and now it appears that I'm finding out
who all of my USR customers are -- cuz they're calling in with
connect problems. Anyone have a fix for these folks? Or
is the answer to downgrade back to 3.7.x ?
