Have:

USR TC w/
dual T1/E1 card
6 quad V.34 digital/analog sets (NICs and NACs)
Netserver Card
Network Mgmt Card
2 45Amp PS
Fan Tray

Want:

PM3 w/
dual T-1 (PM3A-2T)
24 or 28 modems (preferred)

TC has 33.6 code, is currently online. I'd like to standardize on
PM equipment. Plus I'd rather not spend $1200 to upgrade this unit
to x2 to get the *free* v.90 from 3com. Has 8 open slots to fill with
^^^^^
What does this mean? Does 3com charge for the upgrade?
