There is a problem though, you won't be able to use some programs with the
COM port redirector. Mainly its the programs that require direct wire
control of the serial port. The redirector uses a technique called reverse
telnet, and as such, telnet doesn't support direct wire control.

Fax programs, PC Anywhere are examples of programs that won't work with this
setup.

I think that someone said one day that a little software was availlable to
permit it. With that software you could use some ports of the portmaster as
if they were in your windows box.

The bug is that I dont remember the name of the software! :(
