1. You should not get the Host: prompt unless you have configured it. It
is not on by default.
2. I don't believe it is possible to stop the Login: prompt from showing,
but it is certainly possible to allow only PPP.

'set all network dialin'

This should set all ports to be Network (DialIn). Which means no 'Login'
in the ports' mode. Make sure you also have security on.
