Hi all,

First I must to explain that I have two OR-ST version 3.5L to connect two
offices. One of them is the central ( Dial -in) the other one is the remote
office ( dial-out).

The firts one is configurated for only dial-in:
- S1 and S2 port Dial-in
- No table location
- NO gateway
- IPX disabled ( only IP)
- Routing ON (RIP)
- Table user with only a user accont : romero, assigned 192.168.200.1 ( dial
out router), routing on, compresion on...

The second one is configurated for only dial-out:
- S1 and S2 port Dial-out
- No table user
- gateway 192.168.100.1( dial-in router )
- IPX disabled ( only IP)
- Routing ON (RIP)
- Table location with only one account : romero, xxxxx, 232456, idle time=7
minutes, destination 192.168.100.1 ( dial-in router), routing on,
compression on......
elicegui> elicegui> ifconfig
ether0: flags=16<IP_UP,IPX_DOWN,BROADCAST>
inet 192.168.200.1 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 192.168.200.255 mtu 1500
ptp3: flags=fd<IP_UP,IPX_DOWN,POINT_TO_POINT,COMPRESS,SUSPENDED> ???????????
dest 192.168.100.1 netmask ffffff00 mtu 1500
elicegui>

Problem:

- The dial out ( on-demand) router is all the time redialing to dial-in
router. Why?
The configuration is ok, all is ok so?
There is not PC that could make external demands, and active the call !!
Any idea?

I hope you could help me.

Thank you very much

Best regards,

Fernando Martin
