Yes, but that depends on the router, and for this purpose the Portmasters
ARE routers. Not every router has reserved addresses hardcoded in, (nor
do you really want that - just in case IANA changes things as unlikely as
that may be) you have to incorporate the reserved addresses in your
default filtering setup.
