Yes, ComOS 3.5 fixed the problem with throughput due to injecting too
large a time interval between packets which caused inability to reach full
output in small packet protocols like TCP/IP when there was a high packet
rate. Be sure to put the T-1's on the DMA ports (S1 and S3) and use the
IRQ ports for 64K connects.
