do analog calls go to that box? sorry if you noted that before...

Most likely the telco is jamming you over... make sure they check the
switches themselves and not their billing info!!

We had the opposite DOSBS would work but not data... seems they didn't
have the PRI set correctly to allow data.. *sigh*
