There's an excellent patch to radiusd-2.01 from Red Hat's Cristian Gafton,
which adds *many* features, including the limiting of simultaneous
logins... not only that, but you can specify the maximum nuber of
concurrent logins as a check item in /etc/raddb/users, among many other
cool stuff.
