(PM) Postscript format of new manuals

Has anyone downloaded the new Portmaster Routing Manual from the ftp
site? I downloaded it, but I can't print it, unless I want to print all of
it. It has special page ordering or some such. I figured I just needed to
upgrade my Ghostscript and ghostview, but that didn't solve the problem. I
would like to print the manuals on both sides or at least sections of the
manual, but ghostview can't handle this format.

Does anyone know of a solution for this? I don't know the methodology
used to print these manuals, but would it be possible for the postscript
files for these manuals to be generated without the special page ordering,
so us poor people with the older versions and newer versions of
ghostscript would be able to do individual page printing?

I do appreciate the manuals being online, but since you are going to
stop sending the printed manuals, unless requested, you could do a bunch
of us a favor, by generating postscript files, that we could print as we
need to.

thanks

later
