tsmon or hack something together yourself to check bytes sent/rcv'd on a
port per time period.

?? they are dynamically applied from different pools? Nope it doesn't do
this.

Hmm, yes some have asked for these add-ons. but Lucent RABUs take is to
provide for the general rather than the specific. As such, you may have
purchased the PM3 for the wrong reasons and should have checked for these
features first...
