We do it all the time. Just look at the configuration examples from the
installation guide. You can use unnumbered interfaces. One potential
gotcha: unless you want to mess with the config on the portmaster, use the
Cisco to initiate the connection and make sure that the Cisco doesn't
require the portmaster to authenticate itself (i.e., define a ppp client
secret and/or ppp client password, but set in incoming authentication to
NONE). You can probably get the incoming (from the Cisco's point of view)
authentication to work, but it's not quite as straight forward.

Another point to consider: If you're dialing into a BRI that hasn't been
configured with data switched limit=1 and data busy call forward, have the
two lines dial the two portmaster's B channel numbers separately if you
want to use 128k. If you're dialing into a PRI on a hunt group, you don't
have to bother.
