(PM) Multilink PPP with analog dialup?

Is it possible to setup Multilink PPP with analog dial in lines on a PM3? I
am using Win95 Dialup Networking 1.2 with multilink support. I am having
troubles connecting with the second modem. It keeps hanging up after it
authenticates.

I've done some reading and I've noticed that MPPP is only supported with
ISDN. Is this true? Or can multilink PPP be achieved with analog modems?
Using Win95?
