Can someone explain the details of Data Over Voice to me? I
have customers in city A that need to connect ISDN to city
B. City B is a local voice call to City A, but A is GTE and
B is Ameritech. GTE wants to charge 2.5 cents/minute for
the ISDN call. My understanding is that with DOV capability
my customers can bypass that charge. I need details like
how does the customer originate the call analog and then
switch to ISDN?
