The problem with is, the PM3 tries to put three B channels into the
multilink bundle. We see it trying to dial a third channel over and over
again. It gets a busy every time though, so it keeps trying.
Any ideas on how to fix this? We have max ports set to 2.
PM3 running 3.7.2c3 and PRI.
