Nope. RADIUS doesn't log connect-info on ISDN calls. And besides, I
served a hell of a lot more than 3 ISDN connections last week. About 25%
of all my calls are ISDN. Here's the log entry:

Thu Feb 5 05:35:33 1998
Acct-Session-Id = "26002AE5"
User-Name = "username"
NAS-IP-Address = abc.def.ghi.jkl
NAS-Port = 5
NAS-Port-Type = Async
Acct-Status-Type = Start
Acct-Authentic = RADIUS
Connect-Info = "64000 MNP/NONE"
Called-Station-Id = "5551212"
Service-Type = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Framed-IP-Address = xxx.yyy.zzz.aaa
Acct-Delay-Time = 0
Timestamp = 886685733
