(PM) A routing question

We have a PM3 with ComOS 3.7.2 connected to a Cisco 2501 ( owned and
operated by the Telco ). I have 2 Class C's one for the "home" network
and is a 24 bit subnet. The other dialing up the PM3 and is a 28 bit
subnet and has 16 networks. The Telco say's I can't use OSPF ( they don't
support it ). What's the best way for me to route the 28 bit network thru
the PM3 dialup ?

Internet --- Cisco 1.2.230.254/24 ---- PM3 -----1.2.230.2/24
