(PM) Unwanted PPP Term Req from Win95

Has anyone had any problems with unwanted "User Request - PPP Term Req"
terminations? I've got a Win95 user that gets this every 15 minutes or
so, +/- 10 minutes. He does NOT have an idle timer set, and he is not
idle anyway.

Any ideas what this could be? I assume this is a client-side
disconnect. I don't know which version of the Win95 dialer he is
using.

Every so often, he'll make it past the 15 minute barrier, and he'll
stay on as long as he wants.

Any ideas?
