I have two users with this modem that can't get K56Flex speeds. One gets
44000 to his office which I assume has Ascend gear. The one has 1.009 for
sure, and the other one probably does too, as the modem is brand new.
The PM3 does get K56Flex speeds for others, as I can see the speeds in the
detail file.
I'm thinking of buying a Modemsurfer myself to try out.
