I got a whopping .26k/sec on a download today.
There was talk a long time ago that Livingston was gonna multi-home. Is
this going to happen soon? I did a traceroute to ftp.livingston.com, and
Netcom is dropping quite a few packets.
I know there are mirrors, but it's often easier to go to the source.
