Consider this a request to support RFC1973 which defines how to use PPP over
frame-relay. By doing this, any new features that you add to PPP can instantly
be used with frame-relay. Other vendors are supporting this today, such as
OpenRoute Networks (http://www.openroute.com aka Proteon).
