It's probably you'r telco's fault. We were strugling with this quite some
time, Livingston was pointing their finger at the telco and the telco was
pointing their finger back at Livingston.

After much strugling we tried enabling a feature called DDI (I think this
mean Direct Dial Information) on the switch and finnally the
Called-Station-Id started arriving.

This was all on a EuroISDN Siemens EWSD switch (version 7 software if it
matters any :). So ask your telco if they can enable DDI (if you're on a
EWSD switch of course).
