Ignore my last post, I was misremembering. The problem I was
thinking of was on older versions of the USR TC NetServer Code
(which is basically ComOS, so it could have affected PMs too, but
I haven't seen any documentation implying that it did)

I just tracked down the reference I was looking for in the release notes
for version 3.2 of the NetServer code, where it was fixed.
