It does seem odd that both Communicator and Explorer both open the ComOS
files as text rather than giving you the choice of saving them to a
location. I made the mistake of trying to flash a PM-3 with the ComOS I
retrieved that way -- wasn't pretty. Resorted to a real FTP program....
worked fine.
