(PM) cannot attach to port

I'm calling tomorrow into support but this is a stumper...

I've tried to attach to a port and it does:

springer> attach s45
Trying 207.24.9.10 ...
Connection Closed

S45 64000 on Device CONNECTING 6568726 598460930

I have to reset to take it out of this...

springer> sh mem
