(PM) Problem authenticating users

I believe I have narrowed down the problem as to why our clients are
getting disconnecting and having problems. The destination and gateway
IP addresses are different for these clients who are having problems as
shown by 'sho route'. Now, anyone have any ideas as to why this might be
happening??
